San Diego, California-based PPI has been manufacturing and supplying high value, precision-engineered aero structure components and sub-assemblies to major aerospace OEMs and tier one suppliers for over forty years.
As well as supporting current commercial, military & UAV production and development programs, PPI’s flexible production system and technical expertise provides quick-turn spares and repair support for out-of-production programs (including Boeing 7-series, MD-series, DC-series and many more) and high complexity challenges.
PPI capabilities include both composite and metallic manufacturing, with ability to undertake a wide range of layup, machining, and sheetmetal forming.

Supporting both current and out-of-production commercial and military programs, we specialize in rapid response for AOG requirements and emergent demand for medium-to-high complexity, composite details and structures.
We operate blue streak manufacturing supported by state-of-the-art ERP systems, with dedicated program managers to ensure the most challenging requirement dates are met. Where rapid tooling is required, Additive Layer Manufacturing (ALM) techniques are used to overcome lead time contraints.
